His practice focuses on providing counsel, conflict prevention, and dispute resolution in Constitutional and Administrative Law, as well as the protection of fundamental rights within the realm of Private Law.
Trajectory
He was a founding partner of the firm LEC, Litigio Estratégico y Compliance, S.C., where he worked until 2022.
At that firm, he led the constitutional and administrative litigation area, overseeing the legal defense of multinational companies in both public and private sectors, as well as the protection of individuals and vulnerable groups. Previously, he worked in the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation as a legal advisor to Justice Eduardo Medina Mora.
In academia, he has served as an adjunct professor in the Constitutional Law Seminar at ITAM and in the Fundamental Rights course at Universidad La Salle.
