Privacy Notice José Luis Álvarez de la Peza, José Luis Álvarez Rodríguez, and Francisco Manuel Álvarez Rodríguez (jointly identified as "AP&AR"), with an address for receiving notifications at Av. Coyoacán 1622, building 4, floor 2, int. A, Colonia del Valle, Benito Juárez, Mexico City, are responsible for the processing, use, and protection of the personal data provided.
Therefore, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations, AP&AR makes this privacy notice available to you. To carry out the purposes described in this notice, AP&AR will collect the following personal data: (I) name, (II) nationality, (III) address, (IV) email, (V) phone numbers, (VI) federal taxpayer registration, (VII) unique population registry code, (VIII) banking information, and (IX) employment information. The personal data collected may be used for the following primary purposes: (I) verifying your identity, (II) providing information about the requested services, (III) registering you in AP&AR's databases, (IV) preparing and sending service proposals and quotes, (V) providing information about our job board, and (VI) carrying out billing processes and collection management.
Additionally, your personal information will be used for the following secondary purposes, which allow us to provide better service: (I) sending advertising about services, (II) sending satisfaction surveys, and (III) inviting you to events organized by AP&AR. If you do not wish for your personal data to be processed for any of the secondary purposes, you must send a request to the email address contacto@alvarez-abogados.mx, explicitly stating your refusal for such processing and indicating the personal data provided. AP&AR may transfer the personal data provided without your prior consent when any of the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties applies. At any time, you may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition).
To exercise these rights, you must send your request to the email address mentioned above and include the following information: (I) full name of the personal data holder, (II) official identification or document proving your identity as the holder of the data or, if applicable, a document proving you as the representative of the holder, (III) address or email to receive notifications, and (IV) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights. In the case of data rectification requests, you must also specify the modifications you wish to make and provide documentation supporting that request. Once the request is received, AP&AR will communicate the response to your address or email within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days and, if applicable, will make the request effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date the response is communicated. If necessary, the aforementioned periods may be extended for an equal period. If you wish to revoke the consent granted for the processing of your personal data, as well as to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you must send your request to the same email address mentioned above, providing the information indicated in the section related to exercising ARCO rights.
